I call him my "lucky red watch"

I was browsing thru items that i need to get for uni. I told my mum earlier that i need a pair of new watch, but my mum won't buy it for me as i've spent almost two thousand in one day for a bag and a pair of jeans(okay, i admit they're kinda expensive).

We were in mid valley that time after dinner(i was superb happy that day cuz i've got a new coach bag). We made our way to metrojaya cuz mum wants to get a dress for Kim Peng's(my cousin) wedding dinner this year end.

So yeah, We passed by SWATCH watch shop. I barged into that shop when I saw that sparkling red watch!! LOL.... I couldn't take my hands off that red watch!! The sales-boy introduced that watch, telling the that its the latest.. bla bla bla.... Inilah conversation that I loved the most between me n my mum!!

*I'd never ever forget this conversation!!

mum : want?? buy larh..

me : huh?? really arh??

mum : u like or not? want then buy larh.

me : wow... mummy, since when r u so good??

mum : that for helping me in piano n ballet class. :)

me : yay!!!! haha..... (so happy weyhhh)

so yeah, after paying and listening to those warranty thingy, we made our way to metrojaya.

It was 7.15pm...... me, mum and sis were looking for some dresses. Mum grabbed some dresses and made her way into the fitting room while me n my sis waited outside.

It was around 7.30pm, my sis found a dress which she finds it'd be nice if she wears it for that wedding dinner. So we made out way to mum's fitting room. I HUNG MY SWATCH GOODIE BAG WITH MY NEW RED WATCH INSIDE AT THE BACK OF THE DOOR.

Mum was so busy trying on and taking off those dresses that she tooked into that fitting room. While me?? okay, so busy taking pictures of myself infront of the mirror(cuz the fitting room is darn nice weyh)......


After dresses and dresses, mum decided to get one, while me n my sis were so busy picking up those dresses. Everyone ignores the watch.....

Disaster happens when all of us forgot to take the watch!!!

I realised myself not holding anything when I was window shopping inside metrojaya. I shouted at my sis and started to panicked! eww... I HATE THAT FEELING! me n my sis ran back to the fitting room and voila!!! ITS GONE!! there's nothing on the hanger!!

I started to be like a mum who lost her child.... I asked the salesgirl whether she saw anything, but she says, she don't realise there's a watch hanging there. so, I've thought of something.... I went to the cashier and told the indian cashier, and she said, nothing can be done.

hell.... So i went back to the fitting room, looking around... thinking which BASTARD got my watch! I looked around for some clues and... lol... I found there's a CCTV camera shooting right at the fitting room. So I asked the salesgirl to bring me to the security room...

SECURITY ROOM weyh.... so proud! LOL..... no customers are allowed to enter!!! haha... I met the head of security and he showed me the camera!! haha... I stared at the playback for like half and hour and found nothing except a malay woman with red scarf went into that fitting room. Well, I started to feel like SHE is the BASTARD to took my watch.

So, I ran out of the security room and look for this woman while my parents n my sis were in the security room looking for that BASTARD.


okay..... interesting part comes always at the end, right?! haha..... this is it!!!



I started asking to myself ( if one steals things, would he or she stay at the same place?), I said to my self, no.

SO, i made my way out of metrojaya, and went to search for the woman who is wearing red head scarf. and and and... I FOUND A WOMAN WEARING A RED SCARF!! LOL... I followed that woman at the back, pretending i'm texting someone, while i look for evidence of her taking my watch! but i found non....


and the important call came......


mum : go to 1st cashier right now!!!!( this is wat i heard, cuz it was kinda blurrr)

me : huh?? cashier?? why???

mum : no... Go to the swatch watch right now!!

me : okay!!


I ran from body shop to swatch shop!! It was a really breath taking run!! cuz metrojaya is right at the end of mid valley while swatch shop is at the other end(middle). ...

When i reached that shop, the sales-boy looked at me, he said....

HIM : u left ur watch at metrojaya issit??

me : yeah yeah...

HIM : its here... there's one chinese couple brought it back here moments ago.

me : thank god!! thanks thanks thanks alot!!!!!!!


phewwww...... thank god for seeing a malay woman who told my dad everything.


My dad spotted a woman right after they came out of the security room. She was holding a swatch goodie bag ( which is the same as mine). My dad asked her where she got the watch, and she pratically showed my parents her receipt and everything. Sadly, It wasn't mine. My dad told her our "lost watch" story and she told us tat she SAW THE CHINESE COUPLE RETURNING A SWATCH GOODIE-BAG.


YUP... all thanks to that woman who told us!! we were so lucky to get the watch back... Thank God for leading us.... LOVES....
