Painful & Bloodiful experience

Phew!! after 20 months of wearing them, finally I could take them off!! It was a tough journey, but, its worth it!!!

The process of taking them off was kinda pain, where doc cut out the brackets one by one and even did scaling to remove all the cavities in between my teeth. PAIN, is the only word I can describe!! I almost suffocate this afternoon, cuz I couldn't breath as there were too much water in my mouth! BLOOD is the another word that comes to me next!! I spit out blood.. lotsa them... gosh.... PAIN!!


For all those patience and painful experience that i've gone thru, Its worth it!! Cuz cuz!!


No more :

1. smell of blood in the mouth every time i take a sip of water.

2. scratches in my lips! thank GOD!!!

3. me watching people eating while I can't ( especially the whole apple)!!

4. pain and scratches when I talk and laugh!!!


What I wanna do :

1. Laugh and smile as much as I can!!!!!! LOL...

2. eat the whole apple without cutting it!!!

3. chew as hard as I can!!


BUT, IDK whether I can do or not, cuz, I've gotto wear retainer for 24hrs in a years time according to Doc. I can only take the retainer off when I wanna eat. And and and, I've gotto brush ma teeth once after each meal!! gosh... :(((...

Wearing retainer seriously makes my mouth uncomfortable. Cuz, whenever i'm wearing them, means I cannot eat, not even a small piece of apple!!! :(((..... Cuz when I wear the retainer, I couldn't chew. sigh.... I guess, this is the best way for me to keep me away from junk foods!! haha.....

I am superb happy todayh!!! I can once again feel my teeth with my gum. GOsh....

Previous 48 hours!

I just got back from three days short yet rush trip from ipoh & Penang. I've only got the news of the music audition on Saturday which is 8/5/10 saying that I have to be in USM, Penang for an audition/Interview.

Well, once I've got the news, I started hitting the piano. I remember the last time i play pieces was 4 years ago where I had my grade8 exam. I practice and practice everyday, I even learnt a tradisional song!! GAWD..... I was mentally yet physically in pieces!!!


hmmmmm..... I put up a night before the real day. Then, journey to Penang started at 4am the next day! GOSH!!! I was practically sleep walking towards daddy's car!!!!!! :))))

Reached USM right after crossing the bridge!! CUZ CUZ CUZ USM is just right at the corner!!!! LOL... before that I thought we would never find USM in time!!!!! haha....

The guard there was really polite where he guided us to the Arts department!!! :)).. Then, when I see those buildings and people over there, It sends nerves down my spine!! I was shoooooo scare!!! TONNES of butterflies in my stomach!! I mean TONNES of them!!!!


Registration starts at 8.30am. There were hundreds of students gathered outside the hall. When the door is open, everyone went in like a swarm of bees came out of its hive! LOL..... okay.... So, I registered myself! :)))

Then, we followed one of the lecturers to the theory room where we were given a short Theory test. Only 1/2 hour was GIVEN!!

And then, The real audition starts!! We make out ways to a piano room where there are 6 pianos inside that room. We waited for like 10mins inside and an indian guy asked us to go to another room ( idk what is the room for ). So, one by one names were called!! I was the fourth the enter the room!! daddy was standing outside, walk me into the interview room! while we were walking, he whispers in my ear, saying "play properly, don't scare"!!! :))))))

And then, I opened the door with a lump in my throat!!! The minute I open the door, I saw 4 guys sitting there, looking at me and one of the professor break the silence by saying....

Prof A ( my favourite ) : Hello, Good morning. come in, put your things over there, show us your folio and please have a seat.

Me : smilling..... good morning... *nod nod nod*. ( arrange everything properly and hand him my file of certs and sat down )

Lecturer B : Introduce yourself.

Me : bla bla bla bla bla..... bla everything about me! LOL.....

Lecturer C : how bout you play us some songs and then we'll proceed.

Me : ok, sure!! *smile smile smile* ( walk towards the piano )

Played!! LOL...

Prof A ( my fav ) : you speak good english!! bla bla bla bla....... (forgot what he said )

Me : Smile + blushed = happy!! LOL.... I talked with him as if I knew him!! LOL....



Overall, the interview was kinda fun where I answered most of the questions they asked!! haha.... I walked out of the interview room with a wide smile on my face!! LOL... .


PS : keep my fingers cross!! hopefully I got shortlisted!! :))

I canceled all my classes for 2 days and even ask for a half day off just for that special event. But, in the end I just don't feel like going as its just too disappointing.
